Staying multiple nights? Please place the door hanger on the outside of your door in the morning for housekeeping.
No Smoking
No Smoking within 5m of Rooms. Please dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully in outside bins or in the ashtray located on the back fence.
After-Hours
Call our after hours number to reach one of our staff to handle any urgent matters.
Toiletries
Your rooms comes with hand soap and body wash in dispensers and extra towels.
Free Wi-Fi
Rest and do some work if you need to, wi-fi internet is free all around the Sail Inn premises.
Check Out
Check out is by 10am please place your key in the box on the side door of reception.
Car Space
Each motel room has a semi covered car space. For those booking into the Room 1 parking is between Room 5 and 6.
Extra Parking
We have plenty of extra parking space available at the rear of the property with no height restrictions. We have had removal trucks, trucks with boat trailers and caravans parked park here.
Security Cameras
For your peace of mind Sail Inn has 24 hour security camera surveillance.

Enjoy your favourite TV shows, movies or sports with Foxtel. All rooms have access to free-to-air digital channels and foxtel.
Air Conditioning
All rooms are fitted out with modern air conditioners to keep you cool in our subtropical weather.

Yeppoon Main Beach
We are located only 2 blocks from Yeppoon Main Beach. It’s an easy walk, no hills, right down the main street. Just follow the sea breeze. This is also Yeppoon’s only patrolled beach.
Gyms
Into your fitness and want to stay in shape while you’re away? Yeppoon Health & Fitness and Snap both offer casual options and they are only a couple hundred meters away.
Laundromat
Need to wash your clothes? No worries! Bubbles Laundromat is right around the corner with washing machines and dryers.
Cafes
There are many cafes on Yeppoon’s main street. The closest to us is Whisk, only 2 doors down open for Breakfast and Lunch.
Restaurants
On the same block as us we have Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants plus a steakhouse. So much to choose from and there more beyond our block too.
Pubs
Since we are centrally located the pubs are nice and easy to get to. Closest is the Pacific Hotel which is no longer a hotel but newly renovated bar and bistro. Followed by the Railway Hotel, again not a hotel and The Strand by the beachfront.
